Refund & Return Policy – InkInk Collectibles 


  1. General Policy

Due to the collectible nature of our products (including comic books, original artworks, limited-edition items, pre-order items, and commissioned artwork), all sales are generally final.


However, this policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including situations where items are defective, damaged upon delivery, or significantly not as described.



  1. Ready-Stock Products (e.g. comic books, original artworks, limited-edition items)

2.1 Order Cancellation


Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed.


2.2 Product Condition


All items are sold in collectible condition and may exhibit minor imperfections such as light shelf wear, minor corner wear, or printing variances.


We do not guarantee items to be in mint or perfect condition. Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchase.


2.3 Original Artwork


Original artworks are one-of-a-kind items and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or are materially different from the description provided.


  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:


* Damaged,

* Defective, or

* Significantly different from the description,


please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible) with clear photos of:


* The item

* The packaging


We will assess the case and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:


* Replacement (subject to availability)

* Store credit

* Refund


  1. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Damage


We take care in packaging all items. In the event of shipping-related damage:


* We will assist in filing claims with the shipping provider and/or insurance (if applicable)

* We will first assess and provide a fair resolution to the customer, where appropriate


Customers are encouraged (but not required) to purchase shipping insurance for additional protection.


4.2 Minor Shipping Wear


Minor cosmetic wear to outer packaging (e.g. slight dents or edge wear) that does not materially affect the collectible item itself is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.


4.3 Shipping Delays


Delays caused by shipping providers are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.


4.4 Incorrect Delivery Information


If an item is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer:


* The order is not eligible for refund

* Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees for redelivery


  1. Pre-Order Products & Commissioned Artwork

5.1 Cancellation & Refunds


Pre-order items and commissioned artwork are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as they are specially sourced or created.


5.2 Waiting Time


Customers acknowledge and accept the waiting time required for:


* Pre-order fulfilment

* Artist commissions


We will provide updates upon request where available.


5.3 Damaged or Defective Items


If such items arrive damaged or defective, please refer to Section 3 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items).


5.4 Exceptions


This non-refundable policy does not apply in cases of:


* Non-delivery

* Significant delays beyond reasonable expectations

* Material deviation from agreed specifications


In such cases, appropriate remedies will be provided.

6.1 Resolution Discretion


All returns, refunds, or exchanges are subject to review. We aim to provide fair and reasonable resolutions based on the circumstances of each case.
